Mezcal or Tequila with blue curacao, triple sec and lime

Ingredients

  • 1–1/2 oz silver tequila or mezcal
  • 3/4 oz triple sec
  • 3/4 oz blue curacao
  • 1–1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 wild rose bloom

Instructions

  1. Rim your tom collins glass with flaky margarita salt
  2. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously until cold
  3. Pour gently with the rocks into the glass
  4. Garnish with a wild rose bloom or an orange slice
