Lavender Syrup

Lavender syrup made with real Lavender Buds

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup lavender buds

Instructions

  1. Place the water and lavender into a saucepot and bring to a boil
  2. Stir in the sugar until it is dissolved, reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes
  3. Remove from heat, cover and let it steep and cool for 1-2 hours
  4. Strain out the lavender buds, bottle and refrigerate until ready to use
