The Violet Hour

Vodka, lavender, creme de violet, lemon and vermouth

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1/2 oz dry vermouth
  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz lavender syrup
  • 1/4 oz triple sec
  • 1/2 oz creme de violet
  • Sprig of lavender, sprig of thyme or lemon twist – garnish

Instructions

  1. Pour the ingredients into a shaker
  2. Add ice and shake until cold
  3. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass
  4. Garnish
