Sin Killer evokes thoughts of absolution—a fleeting escape from guilt, obligation, and punishment. While its effects are, alas, temporary and last only as long as the glass is in your hand, the indulgence is undeniably worth it.
This comforting libation feels like a warm hug on a cold winter’s night, best enjoyed by the crackle of a roaring fireplace with a good book in hand. It offers a momentary reprieve, a delicious pause in life’s demands. For lasting forgiveness, you’ll need to look elsewhere, but for now, let the Sin Killer do its work and savor the moment.
Sin Killer
Our cocktail begins with a base of apple brandy, sweetened with ginger-infused honey syrup and balanced by the bright complexity of orange and Angostura bitters. There’s something poetic about the apple—once the source of original sin—offering a kind of redemption in its distilled form, easing the weight of that knowledge.
This idea inspired the name, a playful nod to the notion that all the ingredients might have been present back then. After all, it wasn’t called the Garden of Eatin’ for nothing.
