Sake and rum cocktail with notes of lemon, pear and basil

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 oz Angelfire Origami Sake
  • 1 oz premium white rum
  • 1/2 oz pear liqueur
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • Half a hollowed lemon peel – garnish
  • 1/4 oz 151 rum – garnish
  • 1 tiki umbrella – garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice
  2. Strain and pour into an ice filled mule mug
  3. place the tiki umbrella and the lemon peel with the 151 rum in the mug and light using a long-stemmed grill lighter
