Smooth and silky 12 year old scotch enhanced with honey, ginger and limoncello foam

Ingredients

  • 11/2 oz 12 Y.O. double oak Balvenie scotch
  • 1 oz sweet vermouth
  • 1/2 oz honey-ginger syrup
  • 1/4 oz Campari
  • 2 dashes Kings Ginger liqueur
  • Limoncello foam – garnish
  • Lemon peel wing – garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine all the liquid ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir until cold
  2. Pour over a single large rock in a double rocks glass
  3. Fill the remaining space above the drink with limoncello foam
  4. Garnish with a lemon peel wing perched on the side of the glass
