Raspberry infused Gin with Vino Aperitivo Americano Rosso, Cranberry and Vermouth

Ingredients

  • 1–1/2 oz raspberry infused gin
  • 1 oz Vino Aperitivo Americano Rosso
  • 3/4 oz 100% cranberry juice
  • 1/4 oz sweet vermouth
  • Lemon Peel

Instructions

  1. Infuse the gin (recipe below)
  2. Freeze a single rocks glass with ice cubes in it
  3. Combine the gin, aperitivo, cranberry juice and vermouth in a mixing glass
  4. Stir, then pour over ice in the frozen rocks glass and garnish with lemon peel
