Single barrel bourbon, Amaro, walnut liqueur and chocolate bitters with cherry garnish

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2.5 oz Four Roses single barrel bourbon
  • 3/4 oz Amaro Siciliano
  • 1/4 oz Nux Alpina walnut liqueur
  • 1 dash chocolate bitters
  • 1 poached bourbon cherry – garnish

Instructions

  1. Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass
  2. Add ice and stir 40 stirs until cold, then rest for 30 seconds
  3. Strain into chilled martini glass
  4. Garnish with a bourbon poached cherry
