An evening in Manhattan begins with this silky smooth, deeply flavored take on a classic cocktail. It’s richly elegant, much like the city at night, and every sip tempts you for another. The Manhattan is an iconic drink, one that some purists argue should never be altered. Yet history itself calls for innovation, and that’s exactly what this drink embodies. Tinkering with ingredients—bourbon, vermouths, bitters, and garnishes—is a tradition that adds new layers to its complexity. Bartenders continue to push boundaries while preserving its essence. This version elevates the classic, incorporating Italian Amaro, French walnut liqueur, and chocolate bitters to create a truly unforgettable experience. Here’s to bold flavors and even bolder nights—cheers! Print
