Tequila, red wine and lime

Ingredients

  • 11/2 oz silver tequila
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz dark red wine
  • Lime wedge – for garnish

Instructions

  1. Chill your coupe glass and the wine
  2. Shake the tequila, lime juice and simple syrup with ice until cold
  3. Strain and pour into the coupe glass
  4. Use a bar spoon to float the wine on top and garnish with a lime wedge
