A vodka infusion with blueberry, orange and kiwi

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4050 fresh blueberries
  • 4 slices of peeled kiwi
  • 4 slices of peeled orange
  • Zest of one half orange
  • 7 oz vodka
  • Genuine Cotton Candy, or 6 blueberries soaked in simple syrup for two days

Instructions

  1. Zest, peel and slice the fruits, then arrange as artistically as possible in the Porthole, or place them in a mason jar
  2. Cover the 6 garnish blueberries with simple syrup, cover and refrigerate 2 days
  3. Seal the porthole or jar, add vodka and let it rest for a day
  4. Toggle the porthole or mason jar by gently inverting it and return to a standing position
  5. Rest one more day for a total of two days
  6. Chill in a mixing glass with ice
  7. Strain and serve, up, with two or three of the soaked blueberries on a cocktail pic, or with a tuft of cotton candy
