Bourbon, corn, agave, lemon, lime and orange

Ingredients

  • 3 ears fresh corn
  • 11/2 oz bourbon
  • 3/4 oz fresh corn milk
  • 1/2 oz agave nectar
  • 1/2 oz orange juice
  • 1/4 oz lemon juice
  • 1/4 oz lime juice
  • 1 pc baby corn – garnish

Instructions

  1. Slice the kernels off the cob, scrape the cobs for the milk, then juice the kernels. Strain with double cheesecloth and a fine mesh sieve to eliminate the solids and reserve
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake until cold
  3. Double strain into a cocktail or single rocks glass
  4. Garnish with the ear of baby corn
