Bottomless Vodka Tonic

bottomless vodka tonic 1

What can you say about the classic vodka tonic highball that hasn’t already been said? It’s a timeless combination of crisp, refreshing flavors—a perfect blend of simplicity and elegance. Yet I wanted to take this beloved cocktail to the next level, and thus, the Bottomless Vodka Tonic was born.

This creation was inspired by two long-suffering friends who have endured my eccentricities, shenanigans, and occasional faux pas for decades. To show my appreciation for their unwavering patience and friendship, I decided to craft something special for them. The Bottomless Vodka Tonic is my little “sumthin’, sumthin'” to celebrate their loyalty and shared love of a good pre-dinner drink.

Their go-to order, “Two Tito’s and tonic with limes, please,” has been a staple request over the years. With that in mind, I designed this cocktail to be not only bottomless but also perfectly tailored to their tastes, featuring premium vodka, sweet, tart limes, and a sparkling fresh tonic. It’s a drink that invites relaxation, celebration, and a touch of indulgence—just like the friendships that inspired it.

Making the Bottomless Vodka Tonic Special

First, there are the premium ingredients like fresh, sweet, juicy limes. Then we batch them with refreshing, extra carbonization in liter bottles for convenience.  Finally, these are complimentary, bottomless pours. Two full ounces per highball provide plenty of “juice”, but feel free to vary the ratio to suit your own taste!
