Guy Savoy-Las Vegas

Main Dining Room

Guy Savoy-Las Vegas is what you envision as a French fine dining experience. Beautiful, but spare surroundings, excellent, but reserved service and outstanding classically prepared dishes. They earned two stars, worth a detour in Michelin-speak and we’re glad we did.

Their celebration tasting menu was off the table for us, because my dining companion over-indulged at lunch. However, the ala carte menu offered many delicious options.

Dinner at Guy Savoy-Las Vegas

A glass of Telmont reserve rosé champagne began our evening. Wine Spectator bestowed a Grand Award for 2022 on Guy Savoy, the highest designation reserved for the best wine lists in the world.

Chef Savoy has mentored many top chefs with Gordon Ramsay of Hell’s Kitchen fame numbered among them. He operates five additional restaurants in Paris alongside his flagship of the same name. This was as genuine a French dining experience you can have in the U.S. The two exceptions unlike being in Paris, were an English menu and fluent English speaking servers.

The highest praise I can give is to say I would enthusiastically dine here again.
